4.Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary: (a) Service Providers: We use Stripe for payments, Google Cloud for storage, and analytics providers. These vendors process data only on our behalf. (b) AI Processing: Your website content and URLs are processed by our AI models (powered by Claude) to generate designs. We do not use this data to train models. (c) Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request. (d) Business Transfers: Information may be transferred if TEZELA is acquired or merged with another company.

5.Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to: (a) Remember your login session and preferences; (b) Prevent fraud and security threats; (c) Analyze how you use the Service to improve performance. Cookies include: Session Cookies (deleted when you close your browser), Persistent Cookies (remain until expiration), and First-Party Cookies (set by TEZELA). You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

6.Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information: (a) SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit; (b) Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest; (c) Regular security audits and penetration testing; (d) Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only; (e) Incident response procedures for security breaches. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee absolute security and you assume risks of data transmission over the internet.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary: Account information is retained while your account is active plus 30 days after deletion. Usage and analytics data is retained for 12 months. Payment information is retained per Stripe's requirements (typically 7 years for financial records). If you delete your account, we delete your information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9.Children's Privacy

TEZELA is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that we've collected information from someone under 13, we will delete it immediately. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information to TEZELA should contact us at privacy@tezela.com.

10.International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from your home country. By using TEZELA, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may include countries that do not have the same data protection laws.
